The ”Change is at Your Fingertips” course was so interesting, it almost felt like reading a book but then you were all of a sudden shaken to action by doing some soul searching exercises. And that’s where the real strength of the course lies. It provides a lot of information but it urges you to put it into practical use right away. If done diligently, it can definitely support you throughout any change process. You can also return to it whenever needed, which is what I have done. Easily read and easily followed.

I was quite eager to continue my ”change process”, after signing up for the free e-course. I didn’t expect so much more information landing in my mail! You would think that making changes in your life is easy but that is far from the truth. I have been struggling with the same issues over the years, until I read the chapter about ”Patterns” and realized what I have been doing wrong all those years. There are many more eye-openers in the course and I believe everybody can find something for themselves.
